Automatic Band Saw RB-2
Description
- The automatic band saw is designed to work automatically and accurately cutting pieces of any product (dry meat, frozen meat and frozen fish) to a constant thickness.
- All movements of the loader such as the thickness, speed of cutting, advances and backward movements are controlled electronically.
- When the measurements are chosen for the kind of piece to be cut, the operator only has to load the product and push the button on to start the machine.
- It is possible to load the product automatically.
- The product is held by specially designed grippers which can be adapted to the piece being cut.
- Once the product is cut it can be transported by means of a conveyor belt.
- The security system incorporates a stainless steel safety barrier and a safety light curtain to avoid any risk for the operator.
- The system is extremely easy to clean and very reliable.
- It is constructed totally in stainless steel.
